Ancestry One World Tree (Info provided was copied from a One World Tree posting and needs to be verified.) Surety: 1. ID: I8047 Name: Cornelius Farrell Given Name: Cornelius Surname: Farrell Sex: M Birth: 1838-1842 in Ontario 1 2 Death: Y Change Date: 1 May 2003 at 03:42 Note: A farmer. Of Irish ancestry, and Wes-Meth faith. On the 1861 census, Cornelius is shown as 22, and Catherine as 24, with babies: James age 3, and Martin a newborn. In 1871, Cornelius is only 28, Catherine 29, with James and Martin aged 11 & 8 respectively. Evidently there's a gross error in stating their ages - and I think that the 1871 is more likely the incorrect data. Also, the 1861 census gives the family's religion as Wes-Meth, and 1871 says they're Catholic. Cornelius' parents and siblings, on the 1871 census, are shown as Prim-Meth, so I believe the showing of RC for Cornelius & Catherine in 1871 is in error.
