Lapua parish records indicate that Henric probably had a brother, Thomas Thomass. Stekar, who married Maria Joh.dr Kaara on 17 May 1815. A burial record is found for Thomas Stekar (b. abt. 1755, d. 1809), who is likely the father of both men.
