Judge Enoch6 Death Morse, son of John5 (Issac4, Captain Joseph3, Joseph2, Samuel1) Morse, was born in Pittsfield, Mass., December 14, 1777. He married (1) Delilah Bartlett; she died November 19, 1830; he married (2) Mrs. Polly (Bartlett) Tower; he resided in Sodus, New York and Allen, Ohio.

Children by first wife:

I. Enoch, born May 12, 1807, married February 7, 1835, Amy Marble, who was born November 16, 1814; resided in Fort Hill, Ill.

II. Chauncey B., born September 2, 1809, died unm., at Allen, Ohio.

III. Harriet B., born April 14, 1811, married, in 1834, Ebenezer Witter, son of Christopher Crary, who was born July 11, 1808, died November 7, 1846; they had Children:

(1) William H. Crary, born August 12, 1840,
(2) Charles C. Crary,
(3) Laurence Crary, born April 15, 1846.

IV. Charles B., born May 17, 1813, married (1), in 1835, Pamela Ayres; married (2), in 1845, Catherine Sharp

V. Christopher B., born August 10, 1815, married, October 21, 1841, Waity M. Gilmore, who was born November 28, 1821; resided at Painesville, Ohio.

VI. Julia A., born August 10, 1817, married, in 1836, William G. Crary; resided at Kirtland, O.; they had Children:

(1) Lucy Crary,
(2) Cornelia Crary,
(3) Julia Crary,
(4) Avery Crary

VII. Sally Ann, died at the age of two years.

VIII. Mary B., born March 27, 1821.

IX. Delilah B., born July 27, 1823.
