2 Ingersoll Tribune (Ingersoll, Oxford County, Ontario, Canada). Surety: 4. DEATH NOTICE: ALBERT E. BUDD The funeral of Albert E. Budd, whose death occurred at his late residence, in West Oxford [township], on Tuesday, January 14, was held from the Walker and Clifton Funeral Home, 88 King St. W., on Thursday afternoon, January 16 at 2:30 o'clock, where service was conducted by Rev. Bruce Suitor, of the West Oxford Church, assisted by Rev. J. W. Cruikshank, formerly of Beachville. The large attendance of relatives and friends and the many beautiful floral offerings, bore silent tribute to the high esteem in which Mr. Budd was held. During the service, a solo was sung by Mrs. Bruce Suitor, accompanied by Mrs. Elizabeth Bonesteel. The casketbearers were the following nephews: Vernon Cuthbert, William Budd, Howard Riley, Melvin Armstrong, Glen Mayberry and Danny Barrett. The flower bearers, also nephews, were Arthur Kerr, Monte Town, James Pilkington, Gordon Kerr, Allan Needham and Hector Gilbert. Temporary entombment was made in the Ingersoll Mausoleum, with interment later in the family plot in the Harris Street Cemetery.
