Dewey's genealogy of Peter Crary's descendants indicates that his son, Peter, died unmarried. However, other genealogical records indicate that Peter married Ann Culver [Colver] and had numerous children. As there are records of the births of these children, I think it more likely that Dewey's account of Peter, Jr. is inaccurate.
